This is a Good Idea - and I'm a Witness to It

The city of New Delhi, India has begun a campaign to keep its people from publicly urinating. Having lived in India for four months, I can say that this measure is needed desperately. I witnessed far too much public "relief" during our time in South Asia. Let's hope it works.
