I love to run. It helps me stay healthy, keeps me in shape, and is just plain fun. I'd like to encourage you to live a physically healthy life full of fitness. You don't need to run, but you do need to be involved in some sort of regular exercise. In our American culture, where junk food is absolutely everywhere, it is exceedingly important to actively pursue both a healthy diet and physical fitness.
