The Internet in general, and social networking sites in particular can be addictive. Facebook appears to be #1 at the moment. I have been part of the Internet community from it's inception.
I use Facebook to keep in touch with family and friends that I otherwise might not be in contact with... a good thing in my view. Easy to spend to much time there? Sure-have done it in the past.
I try to be aware of my online time... but it is easy to spend to much time there-very easy.
Apparently some people are.
