Your post reminded me of a class that I had to take in seminary: Pastoral Ministry. For one of the assignments, I had to create a church organization chart. My chart looked alot like your post... exactly like it, in fact. :)
I don't remember what comments (if any) I got on the org chart. We had to turn in a huge binder of info at the end of the class. I'm not even sure if I got it back or not.
You need to work on your organizational chart, Eric. Simple never works.

I remember once, prior to moving to
Wake Forest, being part of a church split where the "chain of command" was a big issue. How sad it all is.
